If you have been a victim of fraud, it is important to act quickly. Whether you are disposing of your card or mobile phone, someone has accidentally discovered your codes, or you have found something suspicious in one of our digital services, or if someone is using our platform to illegally extract money from you, you must report it to our management.
Note: (This does not include dissatisfaction due to abandonment of an ongoing process within our institution or non-compliance with contractual clauses. You should also go to the nearest police station and file a police report. With identity theft protection service, you can also get help if you have been a victim of identity theft.)
